General Agreement
By commissioning Howl Fur Makers, you acknowledge that all items are handmade and custom crafted unless stated otherwise. Small variations are natural in handmade work and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if communication becomes disrespectful, unclear, or violates these terms.

Communication

• All commission details must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
• Clients are responsible for providing clear references and timely responses.
• Delays caused by missing references, late replies, or design changes may extend the turnaround time.

Pricing & Payments

• Prices are based on complexity, materials, and labor.
• A non refundable deposit is required to secure a slot in our queue.
• Payment plans may be offered and must be followed as agreed.
• Full payment must be completed before the item is shipped.

Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of the commission with no refund of completed work or deposits.

Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

• Deposits are non refundable once work has begun.
• Refunds are not offered for completed or partially completed custom work.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication will result in a permanent blacklist from future commissions.

If an issue arises, please contact us directly so we can work toward a fair solution.

Artistic Rights

• Howl Fur Makers retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, website, and social media use unless otherwise agreed.
• Clients may not claim the artwork or craftsmanship as their own.
• The character design itself remains the property of the client.

Turnaround Time

• Estimated timelines are provided before booking but are not guaranteed deadlines.
• Delays may occur due to complexity, health, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Clients will always be informed of major delays.

Shipping & Handling

• The buyer is responsible for shipping, its costs, and any additional costs applied by the destination country’s customs.
• Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Care & Maintenance

• Proper care is the responsibility of the client once the item is delivered.
• Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, storage, or modifications is not covered.
• Repairs may be offered at additional cost depending on the situation.

Liability Disclaimer

• Howl Fur Makers is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or health issues related to wearing a fursuit.
• Clients are responsible for monitoring their own safety, hydration, and comfort while wearing the suit.

Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to your commission.
